Analyst View
U.S Markets, The trading session last Friday happened to be one of the best week ending after a very long time as the stocks ride a volatile market to profitability. All the bourses were positive across the board. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose over 265 points or 0.7%, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite were higher by 1% and 2%, respectively. 

For the week, the benchmarks saw big gains with Dow adding 5.5%, the Nasdaq over 8% and the S&P 500 over 6%. Investors also digested the first rate hike by the Federal Reserve since 2018, Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine, and elevated commodity prices.

Commodities, the U.S. crude fell over 4% for the week to close at $104.70 per barrel. While Brent, the global benchmark, fell to $107.93.

Gas prices, per AAA, held steady just below $4.30 a gallon.

European Market, Current trading sentiments are cautious and investors are still pressured around the Russian-Ukraine crisis. London's FTSE climbed by 0.329% to 7,428.41, Germany's DAX  declined by 0.14 to 14,392.73 and France's CAC also is currently up by 0.17% to 6,631.66. 

Asia MarketAsian stocks The investors' sentiments are pervaded with uncertainties, and players are gradually positioning for the week. Tokyo's Nikkei 225 index climbed by 0.65% to 26,827.43, the Hang Seng in Hong Kong retreated by 0.89% to 21,221.34 while China's Shanghai rose by 0.08%  to 3,253.69.


Cryptocurrencies, at an intraday range of $40,516 by the hour and a maximum of $41,475.4 in 24 hours.
